A beautiful room with amazing garden in a wind/kitesurf house 800m from kite beach. Our lovely home is situated in the heart of Bloubergstrand within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and mall. Only a 15 to 20 min drive to the center of Cape Town. There’s an inviting pool and jacuzzi bordered by a lush garden, an own thai massage, BBQ facilities, optional breakfast, outdoor dining area and chill out spaces. The house is situated 800m from kite beach, 150m from a nice shopping mall with super market and within 15 minutes by car you will be in the center of Cape Town. The house has a own bathroom for every room, an entire new kitchen (you will have your own cabinet and your own shelf in the fridge), an huge garden with multiple nice sitting/relax areas, a swimmingpool, Jacuzzi, braai area, a double garage for all the surfing gear and more.
